Reiki I
This class is taught over a week-end or two day intensive – the class is a
combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes
giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions,
doing self – treatment and distance healing.
Through a series of “attunements” which is said to unlock one’s natural
intuitive ability, it is transferred personally from Reiki Master to student, so
that thenceforward the healing energy will automatically flow from the hands.
As with any therapy, individual results for Reiki will vary. Many report feeling
a glowing or tingling sensation during treatment and a radiant sense of well-
being afterwards. All the information and techniques are covered for complete
knowledge of using Reiki including:
- The Reiki hand positions
- Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others
- How to scan and sense the body’s vital energy flow
- Gentle “hands on” healing – providing comfort and calm to family,
friends and animals - Distance Reiki – how to “send” healing energy to others
- How thoughts and attitudes can create dis-ease in both mind and body.
Cost is $200.00 with a $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
